We are a search and comparison service only. We do not sell airline tickets, set flight prices, issue boarding passes, or operate airlines. All travel products are offered by independent travel providers (“Travel Providers”) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

These Terms govern your use of our Services and Platforms. They incorporate our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explanation.
By using Tickettoflys, you agree to these Terms. We may update them periodically; continued use means you accept the updated version.
3. Using our Services
You may use Tickettoflys for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
- Use the Platforms for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Upload or share content that infringes others’ rights
- Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data
- Interfere with platform security or integrity
- Misrepresent affiliation with Tickettoflys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our Services are intended only for users 18 years or older.
4. Sharing information with us

5. Intellectual property

8. Price accuracy & disclaimer
Prices shown on Tickettoflys are provided by Travel Providers. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, availability, or completeness of pricing or flight information. All Services are provided “as available” and without warranties.
9. Price forecasting
Any price trends, alerts, or estimates shown on Tickettoflys are based on historical data and should not be considered guarantees. Actual prices may differ.
10. Making bookings via Tickettoflys
All bookings are made directly with the airline or Travel Provider, not with Tickettoflys. Their terms, including cancellation, refund, baggage, seating, and customer service policies, apply to your booking.
We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of Travel Providers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by U.S. law, Tickettoflys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100 USD.
12. Your liability to us
You agree to indemnify Tickettoflys against claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
14. General provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes may be brought before courts with appropriate jurisdiction in the USA.
